Intro to Screenprinting: A Hands-On, Small-Group Workshop

An intimate, beginner-friendly introduction to screenprinting in a cozy studio setting.

Space for this workshop is EXTREMELY limited (4 spots only) as it takes place in-person in my home basement studio (seen in photos here) which only has room for a few people to take part, see the process clearly, and move around comfortably.

When and where is it?

• March 28, 1p - ~5p OR April 25, 1p - ~5p

What is provided?

• Light snacks + tea
• All equipment and supplies needed to screenprint
• A judgment-free environment to play!

What you will learn:

• Basics of screenprinting
• Demo of scoop coating screen with photo emulsion
• Demo of burning a screen with a design
• Registering screens
• Printing an original Cornflower two-color design
• Heat curing

What you will need:

• Bring 2 blank light-color shirts (pastels work best), OR choose from my inventory
• Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy or bring an apron!
